Fitness Manager/Personal Trainer

I have a huge passion for health and fitness which has been nurtured by my career as a Physical Training instructor in the British Army Reserves. Since then I have graduated with a foundation degree in sports science and been lucky enough to gain some really valuable experience working with a huge variety of people, all with different goals and circumstances. When I’m not in the gym I will be in the sea surfing natures finest force!

Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor/Personal Trainer

I qualified as a gym instructor in 2015, the following year I qualified as a personal trainer. I have played rugby since the age of 6, throughout this time I have learnt a variety of coaching styles helping me develop my and skills. Prior to the London 2012 Olympics I volunteered at the Sainsbury’s youth games, this then pushed me to strive for an even greater fitness standard for myself in order to be the best I could possibly be, also inspiring me to enter a career in the fitness industry.
