BODYCOMBAT™ is a high energy martial arts inspired workout. You’ll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength. This non-contact workout requires no experience but teaches you moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
Bike IT/Express Bike IT
A high intensity workout for the legs! Accompanied with a great atmosphere, Music and FUN! Bike it is a static cycling session designed to target your Cardio Vascular fitness, and regular attendance to Bike it will see you improving rapidly! Incorporating sprints, hill climbs, single leg work, jumps and beat work this is definitely a class that will torch those calories and increase the toning and endurance of the legs, for everyone that wants quality results!

Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
Pilates is a conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.
Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely.
A chair based, low intensity exercise class that promotes greater mobility and strength using everyday functional exercises. All exercises are based around a chair and utilising the seated and standing positions to engineer a targeted workout.

An Instructor led functional training session in the gym. Be prepared to be guided through a series of functional strength exercises which will improve your overall fitness levels. This session is an efficient but also informative class, designed to empower you to hit the next level of your training, promoting confidence in the gym environment.
A fun and challenging sport based workout, designed to really get your heart rate going. With regular new activities, you will get fit without even knowing it!
HIIT (High intensity Interval training)
HIIT is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense aerobic & strength exercise, with limited recovery periods.
Simple but compound exercises, with short rest in between exercises, combined to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate before and after the workout.
Boot Camp (Summer months only)
Ever wondered what military fitness standards would be like? Here’s your chance to find out! Boot Camp takes inspiration from first hand military experience and combines it with fun and a competitive edge! We use a huge variation of exercises as well as equipment to give you a hugely beneficial and authentic workout experience. Boot camp gives you functional fitness that makes everyday life just that little bit easier. Boot camp is outstanding for balance, co-ordination, strength, power, flexibility, speed, endurance and it even targets team work, communication skills and problem solving! 1 hour long session but one endless amount of fun combined with challenges mean this is definitely one to put in the diary!
